Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Rates / Free Shipping Over $200 

Shipping is FREE within BC for orders with a subtotal over $200, to a maximum of $50.00. The customer will be charged for any additional freight costs associated with their shipment. Heavier and oversized items may incur a fee to the customer to cover the additional freight costs. Customers will be contacted regarding any extra freight charges for approval.

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder, we will send you an email regarding estimated waiting and shipping times.

Products Damaged During Shipment

Shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Any obvious damage to the shipment should be noted on the couriers Bill of Landing. Upon unpacking the shipment, you must make any claim for product damage during shipping directly to the courier company. Allmac Repair Ltd. Will NOT be responsible for any damaged or lost packages.  All claims subject to varying policies individual to each shipping & freight company.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. If an item is returned without contacting us prior to you sending it, it may be returned to you at your expense.


All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date
Please email to request an RMA number and shipping address for returns.

Please be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box and the invoice number on the inside of the box.

Non-Returnable Products

Electronics can not be returned if they are opened.

Special order items, replacement parts, items that have been installed, damaged, obsolete or discontinued products are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Products that are returned are also subjected to covering the original cost of the shipping as well as the 10% restocking fee.


Credits will be issued upon receipt, inspection and approval of the returned item(s), less any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 30 (thirty) business days from the date we receive the returned product(s) to process the RMA and issue the appropriate credit. Returns may take longer than 30 (thirty) days if there are core charges involved, as we must wait until we receive the core credit from the manufacturer before it is passed along to you.


All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product.
